The talented youngster is gearing up for her acting debut in a short film and is understandably excited and nervous. In a recent interview, she admitted that she is aware of the comparisons, but won’t allow the pressure to get to her. She also said that she would never take things for granted despite having a famous mother.


Renee also said that when she told her mother she wanted to act, one of the first things Sushmita told her was to first complete her education and then figure things out. She added that her mother also advised her to stay grounded and to never allow anyone to let her fee inadequate in any way.

Renee said she was also aware of the raging nepotism debate that had been going on in the industry for the past couple of years, and added that she was ready to face questions when the need arose. She said that there was nothing wrong if a child wanted to follow their parents’ footsteps. The young actress also said that she had no qualms in approaching directors and requesting them to consider her for their films.
