Do you remember Amrita Prakash who played the role of Shahid Kapoor's sister-in-law and Amrita Rao's younger sister Choti in Sooraj Barjatya's 2006 directorial Vivah? Well, the actress has shocked the internet with her transformation over the years.
Amrita has been working in Hindi and south cinema since she was four. Though she has been away from films for a while now, she has worked in several TV shows such as Patiala Babes, Shakti - Astitva Ke Ehsaas Ki, Mahakali and so on.
On Tuesday, Amrita shared a few stunning pictures on Instagram wherein she was seen wearing a red outfit made of all the red flags that she had collected.
On January 1, 2023, Amrita had penned a heartfelt note on bidding goodbye to the best worst year of her life. She described her the year 2022 has the most significant and transformational year of her life.
"From being hit by a truck over and over this year, by the actions and words of people I deeply cared about. From having had my spirit broken down, with conscious deliberation. As my biggest test - I chose silence. As my biggest blessing - I chose surrender," read an excerpt from her post.
"Resurrected piece by piece- an entirely different individual from she who started this year in complete shambles - here with my sense of self-worth at it's absolute peak. And my fortress of resolve," she further added.
After making her debut in Tum Bin (2001), Amrita has appeared in films such as Koi Mere Dil Mein Hai (2003), and Ek Vivah Aisa Bhi (2008), and TV shows such as Yeh Hai Aashiqui, Love By Chance, and Pyaar Tune Kya Kiya.
