Chashme Baddoor made in 1981 with Farooq Shaikh and Deepti Naval. On being asked about her opinion on remakes, she said, “Remakes are made on a larger scale today. Be it from old to new or from South to Bollywood.
People think we can transform it as per the requirement. It’s a tried and tested formula. It’s a safe root for everyone.”
The actress has done many films down South. When asked how she plans to manage Bollywood and South industry, she seemed positive. “I will be doing films in South. Now, as I will be also working in Bollywood might not be able to do many films, but will not quit the South industry,” concluded the actress.
