Actress Shinnova hit the headlines after she lodged a civil suit in a Mumbai court claiming that Ravi Kishan is her biological father and demanded a DNA test to substantiate her claim. She has petitioned the court to officially recognize her as the daughter of the actor, born from his relationship with Aparna Soni. The 25-year-old urged the court to decree her as the actor's biological child and sought a permanent injunction preventing him from disavowing her lineage in any manner.
Additionally, she initiated a writ petition before the Bombay High Court seeking the annulment of an FIR lodged against Soni and others in Uttar Pradesh.

In 2005, the entertainment industry was rocked by a report published in Stardust Magazine, alleging a romantic involvement between British journalist Jessica Hines and Bollywood actor Aamir Khan. According to the report, the two were in a live-in relationship, and Aamir was purported to be the father of Jessica's child, named Jaan. Despite his claims, he did not possess any documents, photographs, or tangible evidence to substantiate his assertions.
