Raveena Tandon walks down memory lane with a retro birthday wish for co-star Govinda

As Govinda celebrated his birthday yesterday, social media was flooded with love for the actor. His popular co-star Raveena also penned a heartfelt note for the actor and posted a fun montage of all their popular songs. Referring to her co-star as Chichi, Govinda posted, “Happy Birthday ChiChi ! @govinda_herono1...Here`s to my fav fun costar and buddy of countless years! @govinda_herono1 Some of my fav countless fun moments! For you chichi.”

Back in 1990s and early 2000s, Raveena Tandon and Govinda made for one popular couple.The montage video shared by Raveena featured fun dance sequences from chartbusters like ‘Akhiyon Se Goli Maare’, ‘Tere Pyar Ne’, ‘Ladka Deewana Lage’ and ‘Kisi Disco Mein Jaaye’ to name a few. Raveena and Govinda’s fun chemistry in hits like ‘Aunty No 1’, ‘Pardesi Babu’, ‘Rajaji’, ‘Dulhe Raja’ and ‘Akhiyon Se Goli Maare’ and ‘Anari No 1’ was much loved by fans.
Raveena Tandon recently returned from Dalhousie where she had been shooting extensively for her next venture.
