Talking to Jist News, Raveena shared her experience of working in the 1990s when male stars like Aamir Khan and Salman Khan earned significantly more than their female counterparts. She mentioned that to earn what her male co-stars made in a single film, she had to work on 15 to 20 films. This stark contrast in pay led female actors to take on multiple projects, often working with several different heroes, while male actors could be more selective in their choices.

The actress acknowledged that the industry has seen positive changes over the years, including an increase in the number of women entering the workforce, greater awareness of pay inequality, and the need for equal opportunities. Raveena also emphasized the benefits of a more professional approach due to collaborations between film producers and corporate entities.

On the professional front, Raveena was last seen in ‘Patna Shukkla’ directed by Vivek Budakoti and Rajendra Tiwari.
