Ranveer Singh - Sanjay Leela Bhansali together again

IT isn't a surprise and yet it seems to filmdom's best-kept secret. Till now, that is.
Our sources tell us actor Ranveer Singh and filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali are it again-for Bhansali's opus on Padmavati and Alauddin Khilji. Bhansali has already said his next release, in December 2017, will be the film inspired by the rogue ruler of the Khilji dynasty and his obsession for the King of Mewar's wife, Padmavati.
Sanjay Leela Bhansali's next is an anti-hero film
What he hasn't yet confirmed is that his favourite hero Singh - who gave him mega successes like 'Goliyon Ki Rasleela: Ram Leela' and 'Bajirao Mastani' - has been signed on for it. Singh has also been confirmed for his second film with Zoya Akhtar, but he starts shooting as the anti-hero Alauddin Khilji first. Two years ago, Singh shot for 'Bajirao Mastani' right after Akhtar's 'Dil Dhadakne Do' -two antipodal characters but both to great acclaim. You bet he's excited with this double whammy coming his way again. This is what they mean by Lady Luck smiling twice.
