Randhir Kapoor says he lived in fear of brother Rishi Kapoor’s health as he was suffering from cancer

Bollywood lost iconic actor Rishi Kapoor to cancer on April 30, 2020. Recently his brother Randhir Kapoor opened up about the huge blow to the family and told a news portal that he lived in the fear that anything could happen to Rishi Kapoor, since he was suffering from cancer. The veteran actor added that they all visited Rishi Kapoor, turn by turn, in America where the actor was undergoing treatment.

Kapoor, who passed away at the age of 58. Expressing grief, Randhir added that no one imagined Rajiv would pass away so soon. Fondly speaking about Rajiv Kapoor, Randhir Kapoor stated that his brother was ‘great guy, extremely talented and a loyal friend’. Randhir Kapoor also revealed that Rajiv’s unfortunate marriage of two months, drove him to a point of frustration where he started neglecting his professional career.


After the demise of Rajiv Kapoor, Randhir Kapoor moved out of their ancestral RK home in Chembur and has bought a new house in Bandra, which is closer to his daughters
