Ranbir Kapoor's younger cousin and actor Aadar Jain had made his Bollywood debut with
Habib Faisal's 2017 film '
Qaidi Band
'. The movie, however, failed at the box office and since then the actor hasn't made his second appearance on-screen. Now, latest reports suggest that the actor will be relaunched into Bollywood by
Farhan Akhtar and
Ritesh Sidhwani.
Son of
Raj Kapoor's daughter, Reema Jain, Aadar has reportedly signed a comedy film for the production house which will relaunch the actor completely on a new note and the makers this time are ready to put it proper marketing strategy for the actor.
Reports also suggest that the makers have already started with the pre-production stage of the film which is scheduled to go on the floors around July-August this year.
Aadar's first film 'Qaidi Band' was directed by Habib Faisal. The musical drama also featured debutant Anya Singh in the female lead. However, the latest film will be directed by debutant director Pankaj Saraswat, who has previously directed several TV shows. Pankaj is also an actor and has featured in films like 'Ab Tak Chhappan', 'Criminal Justice', 'Revolver Rani' and 'Paanch.'
