After wooing everyone with his performance in 'Animal' which was filled with several layers and grey shades, Ranbir is all set to play Lord Ram in 'Ramayana'. The actor has already begun shooting for this magnum opus directed by Nitesh Tiwari. While Ranbir plays Lord Ram, Sai Pallavi plays Sita. Fans were in awe of these actors as Ram Sita as their photos from the set were leaked and went viral. Netizens thought these two actors are just suiting their parts.
Meanwhile, Ranbir's co-star from 'Ramayana' has dropped a selfie with the actor, sharing his excitement for the movie. While Ajinkya did not reveal details about his role in the movie, Ajinkya has confirmed that he's a part of the project. He also revealed that he's been working a lot with the Kapoors lately. Ranbir can be seen in a casual black t-shirt avatar in this photo shared by Ajinkya.

'Ramayana' also stars Lara Dutta and Arun Govil. While Lara plays KaeKayi, Arun will be seen as King Dashratha. As per reports, Sunny Deol is playing Hanuman in the movie, while Rocking star Yash was offered to play Raavan. However, according to reports, Yash has only decided to come on board on the movie as a co-producer.
Apart from 'Ramayana', Ranbir also has Sanjay Leela Bhansali's 'Love And War' with Alia Bhatt and Vicky Kaushal for which he will be shooting next. Ranbir has trained immensely for his role in 'Ramayana' and transform himself from 'Animal' to playing Lord Ram. His trainer had shared some photos and lauded the actor's dedication.
