Though they had a fraught on-screen relationship in Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s film, their equation is completely different in 'Ramayana'. Now, she steps into the role of Kaushalya, mother to Lord Ram, played by Ranbir. If the buzz holds true, ‘Ramayana Part 2’ will cover events following Sita’s abduction. Sai Pallavi stars as Sita in the film. Sunny Deol takes on Hanuman, while Yash portrays Ravana. Part 1 is slated for a Diwali release this year, and Part 2 arrives in 2027.
