Ram Gopal Varma roots for Tom Hanks as he battle Coronavirus; says 'if he doesn’t survive coronavirus we all are F'

Hollywood stalwart Tom Hanks shocked the entire world when he announced that he and his wife Rita Wilson had tested positive for COVID-19. In a post, the 63-year-old actor had also revealed that they were down with fever during their stay in Australia, where they were shooting for his upcoming film which is based on the life of Elvis Presley. While several fans and stars have taken to social media to share their concern over Hanks health, Bollywood filmmaker Ram Gopal Varma has joined the bandwagon as he rooted for Hanks in his battle against Coronavirus in his latest tweet.
Varma wrote, "Tom Hanks survived 4yrs on a island , spent a year in airport,,Caught AIDS in Philadelphia,Rescued Ryan in World War II,got kidnapped by Somali pirates,landed a Boeing on River and returned from space in Apollo 13 and now if he doesn’t survive coronavirus we all are F"

Meanwhile, Hanks has been sharing daily updates with his fans and motivating others to battle the virus with positivity. Not only them but their son Chet Hanks also took to social media to share a video to give all their fans an update about his parents' health.


Recently, model turned actress Olga Kurylenko, who has starred in films like James Bond film 'Quantum of Solace' and 'Oblivion' recently took to Instagram to revealed that she has tested positive for the novel coronavirus. She wrote, "Locked up at home after having tested positive for Coronavirus. I’ve actually been ill for almost a week now. Fever and fatigue are my main symptoms. Take care of yourself and do take this seriously!"
