Rakesh Roshan and wife Pinkie Roshan buy five commercial office units in Mumbai’s Andheri for Rs 19.68 crore - Report

Bollywood filmmaker Rakesh Roshan and his wife, Pramila Rakesh Roshan, popularly known as Pinkie Roshan, have expanded their property holdings in Mumbai. The couple has purchased five commercial office units in Andheri, adding to their already impressive portfolio.

According to property registration documents reviewed by SquareYards, the total cost of the five units is Rs 19.68 crore. All five units were bought from Vaidya Spaces Private Limited in a building named 'Vaidya West World One Aeropolis'. The transactions for the eighth-floor offices were officially registered on November 19, 2025.

Rakesh Roshan acquires first office unit

As per the report, the first property, purchased by Rakesh Roshan, is valued at Rs 3.27 crore. It has a RERA carpet area of 1,259 sq ft and comes with two car parking spaces. The deal included a stamp duty of Rs 19.64 lakh and registration charges of Rs 30,000.

Rakesh Roshan adds second office property

Roshan’s second purchase is worth Rs 2.83 crore. The property has a RERA carpet area of 1,089 sq ft, again with two parking spaces. The stamp duty was Rs 16.98 lakh, with registration charges of Rs 30,000.

Pinkie Roshan buys third office unit

The third property, bought by Pinkie Roshan, is valued at Rs 4.85 crore. It offers a RERA carpet area of 1,869 sq ft and includes two parking spaces. The transaction carried a stamp duty of Rs 29.15 lakh and registration charges of Rs. 30,000.

Pinkie Roshan invests in larger fourth office

The fourth unit, also purchased by Pinkie Roshan, is the most expensive at Rs 5.28 crore. The property has a RERA carpet area of 2,033 sq ft and comes with two parking spaces. The deal included a stamp duty of Rs 31.71 lakh and registration charges of Rs 30,000.

Pinkie Roshan completes fifth office acquisition

The fifth office, again bought by Pinkie Roshan, is worth Rs 3.43 crore. It has a RERA carpet area of 1,322 sq ft and two parking spaces. The stamp duty was Rs 20.62 lakh, with registration charges of Rs 30,000.
