Rajpal Yadav's wife files an FIR after receiving death threats from Pakistan

Actor Rajpal Yadav, known for his comical roles, recently came forward to address the death threats he has received from Pakistan. An FIR has been filed at the Amboli Police Station in Mumbai based on a complaint lodged by Yadav.

According to an IANS report, the 'Chup Chup Ke' actor in an audio statement shared that he had promptly informed both the cybercrime department and the police about the threats. He expressed his reluctance to discuss the matter further, stating that it is not his role to comment on something he does not fully understand.

The actor further said, "I haven't spoken to anyone. In fact, it's not my job to talk about this incident when I don't know anything about it. I am an actor, and in acting, I try to entertain people of all ages, young and old, through my work. I don't want to say anything more than this. Whatever needs to be said about this matter, the agencies are capable of providing the information. I have shared the details I was aware of."

The threats reportedly originated from an email sent on December 14, 2024, by an individual identifying himself as 'Bishnu.' The email warned that the sender was monitoring the celebrities' activities and urged them to treat the message seriously. It claimed that failure to respond within eight hours would result in severe consequences.

Rajpal Yadav's wife, Radha Rajpal Yadav, took immediate action by filing a police complaint after discovering the email in her husband's spam folder. The police have confirmed that the email was traced back to Pakistan and are treating the situation with urgency.

Alongside him, comedian Kapil Sharma, choreographer Remo D'Souza, and singer-actress Sugandha Mishra have also been targeted.

On the work front, Rajpal Yadav was last seen in 'Bhool Bhuliyaa 3' which was released on November 1st, 2024.
