Purab Kohli says Sonakshi Sinha is powerhouse

Sunhil Sippy's film 'Karachi, You're Killing Me', an adaptation of Saba Imtiaz's novel has garnered a lot of buzz recently. The movie which will be shot in the UK and in Mumbai, has Sonakshi Sinha playing the lead role. The next actor to get roped in by the casting department of the movie is Purab Kohli who will be playing Sonakshi's love interest. Purab, who is shooting for Nikhil Advani's television show, will be taking time off in August to prepare for his role."I have been meeting with the producers, and I'm quite excited to be working with them. I've known Sunhil's work for a long time now. He is an accomplished ad-filmmaker, and I'm impressed with his vision for this film."
As far as acting with Sonakshi Sinha is concerned, Purab is all praises. He says, "She is a powerhouse and has an infectiously positive vibe on screen. The film is pegged on Sonakshi's character. I'm looking forward to seeing what our energies will bring together."
In the film, Purab plays a photojournalist. He says about his character, "I play a photojournalist whose life experience has made him cynical. However, his charm and wit make him an attractive personality."
