Priyanka Chopra's mother to make acting debut

With a daughter, who has accomplished a lot in her career, Dr Madhu Chopra has seen how hard Priyanka Chopra has worked and the things she has achieved over the years. And now, it seems like Dr Madhu is all set to unleash her acting prowess on the big screen.
She is all set to make her acting debut in the Marathi film, 'Ventilator', which will be directed by Rajesh Mapukar.While Priyanka will play herself in the flick as a special appearance, Dr Chopra will be seen playing her mother on screen and the duo will be seen together right in the opening sequence itself.
The movie is being produced by PC herself with shooting already having commenced a while ago. Doing a cameo in it will be filmmaker Ashutosh Gowariker and a number of popular veteran Marathi film and theatre actors will also be a part of the project.
Speaking to a daily, a source said, 'Ventilator' will release this year during Ganeshotsav. As it is Priyanka's first Marathi film as a producer, she is leaving no stone unturned to make the film a hit.'
