Priyanka Chopra is known for her iconic style, but there was a time when she was embarrassed about her ‘overboard’ looks. The actress recently opened up about her teenage years and how she has destroyed several memories from the 2000s because of her poor style game.
In an interview, the actress stated that in the early 2000, the trend was to go overboard with everything, with trends like highlights, eyeliner, chain dresses, low-waist jeans and thongs taking over. Priyanka revealed that her present funda is ‘less is more’, but in her teenage years that was not the case, which is why she ended up burning a lot of her high school pictures. Priyanka added that she regrets the same because she needed the memories for her biography. She said, “It was like, ‘What are you thinking?’ It was so much, so unnecessary to do all the things.” Priyanka Chopra went to high school in the US and has often opened up about facing bullying in school.
Priyanka Chopra is currently winning hearts for her performance in debut OTT series ‘Citadel’. She plays the role of a spy alongside
Richard Madden. Back in Bollywood, Priyanka has signed up for Farhan Akhtar ‘Jee Le Zaraa’. PC will share screen space with
Alia Bhatt and
Katrina Kaif in this road trip drama.
