Priyanka Chopra hangs out with Namrata Shirodkar and daughter Sitara Ghattamaneni at Mahesh Babu’s AMB Cinemas amid Varanasi shoot

Priyanka Chopra Jonas is currently busy shooting for her much-awaited film Varanasi in Hyderabad, but the actor recently took a break from work to spend quality time with Namrata Shirodkar and daughter Sitara Ghattamaneni. The trio was spotted at AMB Cinemas, owned by superstar Mahesh Babu, and photos from their visit have now gone viral on social media.

On May 25, AMB Cinemas shared glimpses from the outing on Instagram. The pictures featured Priyanka, Namrata, and Sitara happily posing with the theatre staff, with fans showering love on the stylish appearance of the three.



Sharing the photos, the cinema chain wrote, “Proof that the best is visited only by the best. Because when it comes to the perfect movie experience, there's only one destination. And some experiences can only happen at #AMBCinemas. Like our Mandakini, @priyankachopra along with @namratashirodkar and @sitaraghattamaneni making AMB Cinemas shine a little brighter.”

For the outing, Priyanka looked stunning in a black polka-dot dress, while Namrata opted for a classy off-white co-ord set. Sitara kept it casual in a tank top teamed with dark blue jeans.

Priyanka Chopra’s big Indian comeback

Priyanka’s upcoming film Varanasi has already generated significant buzz as it marks her return to Indian cinema after almost eight years. The film is directed by S. S. Rajamouli and also stars Mahesh Babu along with Prithviraj Sukumaran in pivotal roles.

Reports suggest that the pan-India entertainer is being mounted on a staggering budget of Rs 1,000 crore, making it one of the costliest Indian films to date. The story is said to revolve around a Shiva devotee who travels through time on a high-stakes mission to retrieve a cosmic artifact while confronting a powerful mastermind with dangerous global ambitions.


Varanasi is slated for a theatrical release in April 2027.
