Priyanka Chopra believes in speaking up her mind

Celebs often become soft targets under the watchful eyes of their media and fans. Be it the movies they choose, their sartorial choices or what they say. And so, when Priyanka Chopra, currently shooting in US for 'Quantico', recently said that she would beat the s*** out of her man if he cheated on her, she was slammed as being a sexist on social media. Some even thought that she came across as violent.

Reacting to these comments, in an interview to the daily, the actress said that she was merely drawing parallels when she said so and didn't actually mean it.But she doesn't wish to hold back herself only because statements are misrepresented. A self-acclaimed feminist, she also says that she is often asked by her family and team to not be so vocal but she just can't help.
