After a whirlwind month of film and music promotions and getting their glam on for awards season appearances, Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas took time off for a quiet romantic getaway.

Priyanka shared a video that saw her in white and rocking a summer hat, as she sat in the passenger's seat and enjoyed a drive with her husband. Chopra filmed herself and Nick, who sat behind the wheel. In the clip, the hunk is seen smiling before accelerating the car, as they zoom off.

The outing comes after an especially busy few weeks for the couple, beginning with Priyanka's 'The Bluff' film premiere and Nick'a album launch. The two were out and about the US, promoting their respective film and album on various news platforms and chat shows. They also made multiple high-profile appearances during the recent awards season, starting with Priyanka turning presenter at the Golden Globes and her also handing out the Oscar for Best Foreign Film.

The candid video also comes just as Priyanka gears up to head to the sets to resume shooting for SS Rajamouli's next big action adventure film 'Varanasi'. The film, also starring Mahesh Babu in the lead, will move production to Antarctica for the next schedule. As per reports, the film will be only the fifth production to shoot on the Ross ice shelf.
