Priyadarshan will not direct 'Hera Pheri 3'?

Lately, there were reports doing the rounds on the director Priyadarshan has been locked to helm 'Hera Pheri 3', it is the third film in the franchise. After Hera Pheri in 2000, the director-producer duo Firoz Nadiadwala and Priyadarshan reportedly had a massive fallout. The second installment was helmed by writer Neeraj Vora, who passed away last month.



Recently, producer Firoz reportedly dismissed Priyadarshan’s addition in Hera Pheri Part 3. Director Priyadarshan reportedly revealed that he is busy shooting his most ambitious film to date in Hyderabad. it features his favourite actor

in the lead. This time he’s playing a real-life character. He further added that they are shooting on ships that they've erected in a studio. He is shooting for 90 days without a break. He also revealed that he will soon retire.

'Heri Pheri' series featured Akshay Kumar, Paresh Rawal and Suniel Shetty in pivotal roles.
