The latest to voice her support for Tanushree is Preity Zinta. Now, Preity is known for speaking her mind and had even taken on the underworld in her heyday, by deposing in the court against them.

When asked about the Tanushree Dutta-Nana Patekar controversy, the actress, who is all set to make a comeback on the big screen with ‘Bhaiaji Superhit’’, minced no words. Preity said that she feels for Tanushree. She also said that when something like this happens, the survivors need to develop a thick skin to face the consequences. Further, Preity said that those who cannot support Tanushree should just “shut up”.

On the #MeToo movement in B-Town, the actress said that it’s a problem in every industry. Also, she noted, the first step towards solving a problem is admitting that there is a problem. Preity said that it’s a positive change that the admissions have finally started.

The actress also talked about the molestation case she has filed against her former boyfriend,

Ness Wadia

. Though she refused to talk much, as the matter is sub judice, Preity said that “lines should be drawn for everyone”.

Interestingly, Preity said that she had almost decided to quit films and focus on her career as an entrepreneur, but a call from Sunny Deol changed all that. When she told him that she had stopped acting, he asked her to be a part of ‘Bhaiaji Superhit’. Preity said that she couldn’t say a ‘no’ to Sunny. The actress went on to say that she enjoyed being on the set and has committed to two more films.
