Preity Zinta expresses her excitement to reunite with favorite co-Star Sunny Deol in 'Lahore1947'

Preity Zinta, who makes a return to the silver screen after a substantial break with 'Bhaiaji Superhit' opposite Sunny Deol in 'Lahore1947' expresses her pleasure in collaborating with her favorite co-star. The actress expressed that she is thrilled to be working with Sunny. He is her absolute favourite.

Zinta made a guest appearance in Sunny's directorial venture, 'Dillagi', followed by collaborations in 'Farz', 'Yeh Raaste Hain Pyaar Ke', and 'The Hero'. Although they both starred in 'Heroes', they did not share any scenes together in that film.

Regarding her reunion with Sunny after a break, Preity said that it is not that long ago also, there was a break but she is very happy to be back on the sets and she has always loved the Deol family, they have always been very close to her heart. The actress used to be scared of him earlier but she is very happy to do this film because it is an enjoyable film.

The actress further said that after a long time, she is doing a film where she has also enjoyed doing the shots. It is always a pleasure to work with Sunny because he makes life easy as he is not just an actor; he is also a director. He always thinks about the actor, which is very nice and comforting. When she had done her first film 'Farz', he had taken care of her.

Regarding her character in the film, Preity humorously said that she is characterless in this film. She is just being a little selfish because she is doing a film after some time, so she wants the proper promo to come up.
