Prajakta Koli cancels trip to Nepal amid Gen Z protests: ‘I was looking forward to being there, but..’ - See post
The Gen Z protest in Nepal has left everyone concerned. The visuals and reports of the protest are heartbreaking, and amid this crisis, several Bollywood stars have extended their prayers for Nepal. Prajakta Koli, the content creator turned actor, also took to her social media handle on Tuesday to express her concern over the current state of matter and shared that in the wake of the present scenario, she is cancelling her trip to Nepal.

Through her post, Prajakta shared that it breaks her heart to see the ongoing unrest in Nepal. She extended her support to those affected in the protest and shared that, though she was looking forward to visiting Nepal, the timing doesn’t feel right as of now.
"What happened in Nepal yesterday is truly heartbreaking. Any form of celebration at such a time feels inappropriate,” Prajakta mentioned in her note..
She continued, “My heart goes out to the families of those who have suffered. I was really looking forward to being there and meeting everyone, but now isn't the right time.”
“Hopefully, I'll get to see you all very soon," concluded Prajakta.
Sharing a picture of a blood-soaked shoe on her feed, Manisha wrote a note in Nepali, which translates to“Today is a black day for Nepal. When bullets respond to the voice of the people, outrage against corruption and demand for justice.”
On the other hand, Rohit Saraf shared a note on his social media story that read - "To everyone in Nepal... my thoughts and prayers are with you. No struggle should come at the cost of innocent lives. Violence is never the answer. Hoping for dialogue, compassion, and peace."
