Bollywood director Ashutosh Gowariker, who has gifted us some of the most memorable films ever including 'Swades', 'Lagaan', 'Jodhaa Akbar', turned a year older. The director is currently busy filming his next period drama 'Panipat' starring Arjun Kapoor, Kriti Sanon, and Sanjay Dutt in the lead roles. The film has already gone on the floors and the team celebrated the birthday of their beloved director on the sets of their film.
Lead actress Kriti Sanon and his producer-wife Sunita Gowariker were seen by his side as the eminent director blew the candles and cut the cake to mark his birthday. 'Panipat' has been one of the dream projects of Ashutosh Gowariker and the team has been working very hard to put out the best on-screen.


Lead actress Kriti Sanon also took to her Instagram handle to wish the director on his birthday and also penned a beautiful note for him.
