Actor Randeep Hooda, who is garnering a lot of praise for his recent digital stint, had made his Bollywood debut with Oscar nominated 'Monsoon Wedding', directed by acclaimed filmmaker
Mira Nair. But his 2005 release titled ‘D’ which was produced by
Ram Gopal Varma's film proved to be a game changer for his career.
‘D’ is a crime drama thriller film and it is a sequel to Varma's 2002 film ‘Company’.
Like its predecessor, ‘D’ was based on the real-life Mumbai underworld organization, the D-Company. The film featured Randeep Hooda in his first lead appearance. His performance was well appreciated by the audience and the movie changed Randeep's career graph for the good.
Recently the film completed 15 years of his release. On this occasion Randeep shared a still of him from the film. On the work front, Randeep will be next seen playing an antagonist in
Salman Khan's ‘Radhe: Your Most Wanted Bhai’. He will also be seen playing the lead in ‘Unfair and Lovely’ which also stars Ileana D'Cruz.
