Phantom Films is set to launch actress
Bhagyashree's son,
Abhimanyu Dassani
, in its upcoming action comedy.
The film titled 'Mard ko Dard Nahin Hota' is a directorial venture of Vasan Bala, who wrote and helmed the 2012 crime-thriller 'Peddlers'.
As for Abhimanyu's leading lady, another newbie,
Radhika Madan, has been roped in. With both actors undergoing rigorous training for a year, the film is going to have some never-seen-before hand combat action sequences.
It also stars Tamil star Vijay Sethupati in a key role. "Vasan has written a superbly funny and kick ass martial arts film , the likes of which I have neither read nor seen. It's so local and so new that you can't help but marvel at it. And I am glad I get to produce it. We at Phantom, hope it becomes a never before seen franchise with these maddeningly crazy characters," one of the founders of the production house and filmmaker
Anurag Kashyap said in a statement.
