in work for the past few months. The actress decided to gift herself a mini vacation as soon as she got an open window and flew off to

Maldives

.

“Payal has been busy for a while now with her south assignments, events and Jai Mata di’s prep work, this vacation was much awaited and well deserved” adds a source close to Payal.

Its not all play though adds the source, “Apart from enjoying the pristine waters of Maldives, Payal also took the scripts submitted to her and read them during the holiday”

Commenting on her quick work cum pleasure trip Payal adds, “I had a great time in maldives and it was much needed since i’ll be busy with Jai mata di for the next few months. Since i was away from all the hustle bustle of Mumbai, i had enough time to go through scripts which were submitted to me from South industry, something i love reading in my alone time” she signs off
