Recently, a screenshot allegedly showing Parineeti Chopra questioning her husband, Raghav Chadha, over his decision to join another political party went viral on social media. In the supposed exchange, Raghav was seen reminding Parineeti that she herself had once said she would never marry a politician. However, when Mumbai Mirror recently met Parineeti at an event, the actress dismissed the screenshot as fake and AI-generated. “I never said that. You think I will say that? That’s AI-generated. The trolls who are sitting and making these kinds of creatives, trying to do things in somebody’s life… guess what? The joke’s on you,” she clarified.Earlier while talking to us about motherhood, she said, "Raghav and I have come from such strong backgrounds, careers, that actually we are operating as those individuals, as parents. We have been very mindful and taken care of the fact that we have to keep our identities - career, yes or no, is secondary – but identities, my priorities, my happiness, my everything to the best I can so that I'm a happy mom. And hence my baby is going to be happy,” she said. She clarified that maintaining individuality does not mean distancing herself from motherhood. “This at no point means not being with the baby and continuing work as always or leaving the baby because I want to go and do something for six hours. I will be with my baby 24/7 and leave everything if that's what's needed. But just emotionally and mentally, my part in the family, my part as a wife, my part as a mother must remain intact. That's my mission,” she stated.Read the latest Entertainment News and Celebrity updates. Download the TOI App.
