Parental instincts

Either way, when Malaika and Arbaaz Khan were in the city together recently, they were asked a predictable question ��� how does he like to spend time with his beautiful wife?
���Frankly, we have enough time to spend together,��� he replied with surprising candour, and immediately diverted the conversation to a less-discussed topic.���Even though we both are busy with work, at the end of the day, we both try to take out time for our son Arhaan. I think it is very important not to neglect your kids. In fact, ever since Arhaan has started going to school, we both have been busy helping out with his homework.���
And from there on, this hot couple turned into Mama and Papa Khan. ���I think we all are slaves to our kids,��� Malaika added. ���I never miss spending time with both my son and husband. How does it matter if we are a working couple? We should realise that it is our responsibility to give enough time to our family. Also, I feel that couples today are more involved and ready for commitment.���
And it���s back to sonny boy for Malaika. ���It���s great watching him grow,��� she said. ���I have been learning a lot of new things from him every day. It���s so unassuming and beautiful ��� he does so many things at a time. He is a complete music freak. He has been learning to play the guitar and now he���s just crazy about singing.��� Arbaaz added, ���Arhaan is also very fond of painting.���
But what about his parent���s work? ���This year, there are lot of projects in the pipeline,��� says Arbaaz. ���I have a cameo role in Atul Agnihotri���s movie Hello. Then, I���m doing a role in Madhur Bhandarkar���s Fashion, where I play the lead opposite Priyanka Chopra. I���m also doing a song sequence with Malaika for the movie Shaddhi Ke After Effects. It was a wonderful experience working with her after a long time.���
Malaika added, ���It���s a very cute number and we both enjoyed ourselves shooting for the song sequence in Goa. The track is called Fall in love. Besides, I have also been busy anchoring a musical show called Dhoom Macha Le,��� she signs off.
