When asked about working with Karan Johar, she responded, “If it comes, I’ll think about it. If it’s a good project, I’ll definitely consider it, Inshallah!”. This response suggests she is open to Bollywood opportunities if the right project comes along.

At an event in Manchester, the actress expressed that she sees no issue with collaborating with Indian artists. She stated she'd be open to projects she finds both enjoyable and challenging, saying, "Whenever I get an opportunity that seems fun and makes me feel like I can do well in it, then why not?".

Hania Aamir is known for her roles in the film 'Janaan' and popular TV dramas such as 'Titli', 'Ishqiya', 'Mere Humsafar', and 'Mujhe Pyaar Hua Tha'. Her recent drama, 'Kabhi Main Kabhi Tum', alongside Fahad Mustafa, marked his television comeback and garnered significant popularity and acclaim, particularly in India, where it became a top-rated Pakistani program.

With her rising popularity in India, Hania is joining the ranks of other successful Pakistani stars like Mawra Hocane, Mahira Khan, and Fawad Khan, who have made their mark in Bollywood.
