some time ago, said that she was a staunch believer in astrology. In an interview, she said that she believes in astrology and the benefits that certain numbers possess. She admitted that she wanted to have positive

energies

around her and grow in the right direction, which is why she changed the spelling of her name. Nushrratt also said that numerology was a science and not a random subject. The actress said that she was happy with her decision and it had brought about positive changes in her life.


On the work front, she was recently seen in a music video with Yo Yo Honey Singh. Titled ‘Saiyaan Ji’, the song has been appreciated and Nushrratt was lauded for her dance moves. The actress admitted that she went all out while practicing for the song and kept rehearsing till she mastered the moves. In fact, the complicated dance routine took a toll on her back and she even had to undergo physiotherapy sessions. She added that even the night before the song was to be shot, she rehearsed with her choreographer for hours to perfect her moves.

Nushrratt was last seen in ‘Chhalaang’ opposite Rajkummar Rao. She currently has two films in her kitty - Nikhil Nagesh Bhatt’s romantic flick ‘Hurdang’, which also stars Sunny Kaushal and Vijay Varma, and horror film ‘Chhorri’. The film is directed by Vishal Furia and also features Mita Vashishti, Rajesh Jais and Saurabh Goyal.
