it is a bookies world after all. with every other big banner, big star cast movie, being made in to books, what we have is a new breed of bookworms. there were a series of ‘makings’ that were written...we mean, making of sholay, asoka and then kabhi khushi kabhi gham.
now we have the oscar nominee lagaan translated in to a book called the spirit of lagaan. expect aamir to always do the same things differently. but even before this book was launched, laagan was made into a comic book for the baccha party. and we have heard that kids are enjoying it, so if mummy does not allow them to watch the movie, there is always the book to sneak into. now following the comic trend is anil kapoor’s badhaai ho badhaai and 1931 shaheed. the way we are going looks like schools will soon have an entire section of film books in the library.
