The survivor had alleged that on occasions when they were alone in the house, the actor would force himself on her. Though she took back her complaint later, Shiney had slipped into oblivion as far as his career is concerned. Now, however, he is in the news once again.

The latest buzz online is that a biopic is being made, based on the actor’s life. The film, it seems, will be produced by Kumar Mangat. However, a daily said that Kumar Mangat has refuted the rumours. The publication quoted a source as saying that the producer has not yet received Shiney’s nod for making the film. Hence, Kumar Mangat doesn’t want to divulge any details, the source added. Shiney’s last Bollywood outing was Anees Bazmee’s ‘Welcome Back’ (2015).
