Nora Fatehi: I am a self-taught dancer

While audience is mesmerised by Nora’s dance moves, Nora revealed in a recent chat , "I was never a dancer, I was self-taught." Her passion for dance manifested during her teenage years, where she practised with friends.


Other than dance, Nora is also establishing herself in the music industry. The release of "Dilbar" marked a significant shift in Nora's career. She explained, "I ventured into the singing career when ‘Dilbar’ released, and when ‘Dilbar’ released I saw the international hype for the song and the records that it was breaking and I wanted to ride that wave and open up another market."

Nora's performance of "Light the Sky" at the 2022 FIFA World Cup further cemented her global recognition. She stated, "It opened up a new fan base and created a more diverse audience for me.” With her singing career on the rise, the recent signing with Warner Global adds another exciting chapter to her story.
