Sushant Singh Rajput’s father is being represented by lawyer Vikas Singh, who has been voicing several statements, giving details on behalf of the family. He recently revealed that the post mortem report he saw did not mention Sushant’s time of death. Vikas Singh has also alleged that Rhea Chakraborty obstructed family’s contact to Sushant, while he has also taken a dig at the Mumbai police. "No time of death mentioned in Sushant’s post mortem report"
Sushant Singh Rajput’s family lawyer Vikas Singh recently made a startling revelation about the late actor's post mortem report. According to ANI, he had stated, "The post mortem report that I have seen doesn't mention the time of death which is a crucial detail. Whether he was hanged after being killed or he died by hanging can be cleared with the time of death.” Previously, a Times No report stated that the post-mortem report had cited asphyxia due to hanging as the cause of death, adding that no foul play or external injury marks were found.

"Rhea was not Sushant's wife"
In yet another statement, Vikas Singh had alleged that Rhea Chakraborty was obstructing Sushant’s family from contacting him. He had told Times Now, “The family was not aware of any mental issues that Sushant was having, if he did have then the family definitely had the right to know about it. Rhea has definitely obstructed the family’s contact to Sushant and his father had also sent a message to her that if there is something wrong why you are not telling me. In what capacity was she taking care of him? Because she was not his wife, taking him to various doctors, not keeping the family in loop. And when she ultimately left him on June 8, she didn’t even care to tell the family if he was suffering from any problem.”

"Mumbai Police is buying time to ensure evidence is destroyed"
In one of his statements, lawyer Vikas Singh had slammed the BMC’s decision to quarantine Bihar IPS officer Vinay Tiwari, who had arrived in Mumbai to join the investigation of Sushant Singh Rajput’s untimely demise. Vinay Tiwari was quarantined by the BMC and Vikas Singh slammed the same and told ANI, “I don't think any state govt would have quarantined an enforcement officer. Quarantining of a police officer clearly means they want to disable or obstruct the investigation by Patna police. Basically, Mumbai Police is buying time to ensure that the evidence gets destroyed.”
"Siddharth Pithani has been helping Rhea Chakraborty"
Siddharth Pithani, who was a flatmate of Sushant Singh Rajput, also faced the heat from the late actor’s family lawyer. Alleging that Siddharth was helping Rhea Chakraborty, ANI quoted lawyer Vikas Singh, “Siddharth Pithani is extremely dubious. He is a very intelligent criminal. Until FIR was registered by family he was talking to them regularly & trying to help them. The moment FIR was registered, he started helping Rhea”.
"Mumbai police murdered the CrPC by insisting on a written complaint"
During a Supreme Court hearing to transfer the FIR filed by Sushant Singh Rajput’s father, lawyer Vikas Singh had raised the issue of the Mumbai police not filing a written complaint. Sushant’s brother-in-law had sent WhatsApp messages in February to the then DCP Zone 9 when the family expressed concern for the actor. Sushant’s family lawyer had alleged that the Mumbai Police refused to register the FIR citing technicalities. “Mumbai police murdered the CrPC by insisting on a written complaint in Feb,” Times Now quoted Vikas Singh.
