Sidharth Malhotra and Kiara Advani have finally tied the knot on Tuesday in Jaisalmer. The wedding ceremony took place at Suryagarh Palace in the presence of close friends and family members. And now the newly wedded couple will be heading to Delhi from Jaisalmer for their wedding reception.
According to the reports, the couple will be taking a private jet from Jaisalmer on February 8 and go to Sidharth's home in Delhi. They will host a reception on February 9 for their close friends and relatives. They will be back in Mumbai on February 10 to host a grand reception for their industry friends on February 12.
The guest list includes top names from the industry such as Priyanka Chopra and her husband Nick Jonas, Deepika Padukone and Ranveer and many more Bollywood biggies. The couple will also invite the media for supporting them in their journeys.
The couple got married as per Hindu traditions with band baaja and baraat. Sidharth made his royal entry at the wedding on the traditional 'ghodi'. Karan Johar, Manish Malhotra, Shahid Kapoor, Juhi Chawla and Mira Rajput Kapoor were among the celebrities present at the wedding.
Sidharth and Kiara wanted a private wedding and made sure no photos or videos leaked from the venue. Their wedding festivities started with haldi and mehendi ceremonies last weekend. A sangeet ceremony was held on Monday.
