On Monday, the makers of 'Tu Meri Main Tera Main Tera Tu Meri' released the 'Saat Samundar Paar 2.0' on the internet. The music video showcased Kartik's character serenading Ananya's at a wedding event. The revamped version is on a softer and slower side. Soon, netizens arrived in the comments sections of the various social media platforms where the track has been dropped.
A person wrote, "Best way to remind us that originals cannot be copied." Another one added, "Does anyone remember the late Divya Bharti every time they hear this song ... got a quick flashback, can't beat the original." A comment read, "Aapko classic song ki vaat lagana acche se aata hai... 'Tu Meri Main Tera Main Tera Tu Meri' has been directed by Sameer Vidwans, who previously collaborated with Kartik on 'Satyaprem Ki Katha'. The romantic comedy will reunite Kartik and Ananya Panday after their last movie, 'Pati Patni Aur Woh'. Meanwhile, apart from the lead pair, the film also stars Jackie Shroff, Tiku Talsania, Neena Gupta, and Aruna Irani in pivotal roles.
The movie is set to release in cinemas on December 25, 2025.
