Netizens cannot believe that Divya Seth’s daughter Mihika has passed away, as this one week old PIC of the youngster with grandmom Sushma Seth goes VIRAL: ‘It’s heartbreaking’

On Tuesday, actress Divya Seth, known for ‘Banegi Apni Baat’, ‘Hum Log’ and recently, movies like ‘Dil Dhadakne Do’ took to Facebook and shared that her daughter Mihika Shah has passed away. Divya is veteran actress Sushma Seth’s daughter who is also known for ‘Hum Log’, ‘Dekh Bhai Dekh’ and for playing mom to many big stars in movies.

Sushma’s grand-daughter and Divya’s daughter Mihika, was in her 20s only. Hence, this news has come as a shock. Divya wrote in her joint statement with her husband Siddharth Shah, “With profound sorrow, we inform you of the passing of our beloved Mihika Shah, who left for her heavenly abode on August 5th, 2024.”

While she did not reveal the cause of her death, reports suggest that Mihika had got fever which was later followed by a seizure.

Amidst this news, a picture which was posted by Divya, with Mihika and her mom Sushma has gone viral. As this photo is just a week old, netizens just cannot believe that the youngster has passed away. People have expressed sadness and offered condolences to the family.

Divya had shared this picture and she wrote, “DNA is the only Reality. Everything else is so much hard work �� Thank you to the Mothership ����”


Users have now started commenting on this picture. A person said, “It's truly heartbreaking to hear about the passing of Mihika Shah. My thoughts and prayers are with her family and loved ones during this difficult time. May her soul rest in peace. ��” Another one wrote, “Is lost k liye words nhi hai ..but bhagwan apko himat de ... Om Shanti ��”

The prayer meet is set to take place on August 8, on Thursday evening at Sindh Colony Club House.
