Nawazuddin Siddiqui excited to be part of wedding comedy

Nawazuddin Siddiqui is all charged up to start shooting for '

Motichoor Chaknachoor'

, a comedy revolving around a wedding. The film, which promises a lot of twists and turns, features Nawazuddin as a man in search of his bride.

Producer Rajesh Bhatia of Woodpecker Movies, says, “We are eager to work with an impressive performer like Nawaz. We will start shooting for the film on September 23 and wrap up by December, this year. It will hit the screens in March 2019, as being a family entertainer, we want to release the film during the holiday season.” Nawaz shares, “The script is so detailed that I immediately fell in love with it. I can ensure you that everyone will like it.”

On her part, director Debamitra Hasan adds, “It’s an honour for me to make my debut with a great talent like Nawaz sir. The production house, too, has given me absolute creative freedom.”

About his banner, whose associate partner P.E. Equity Fund is based in the US, Rajesh says, “Our company aims to create great Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), and the business plan is to make five movies a year. While we are all set to begin shooting for 'Mootichoor Chaknachoor', we are already into the pre-production of our next, a whacky family comedy titled 'Hum Bhi Khush Tum Bhi Khush'. It will be shot in the US and Punjab, from March 2019 to May 2019. Post July 2019, we will begin shooting 'The Insurance', which will be be shot in a start-to-finish schedule in London. It will be completed by September 2019. We are already scouting for the cast and the director.”

Bhatia concludes “Creating and owning 100% IPR is the main motto. We want to share content that is original and rare, but with the potential to rake in revenues for our company.”
