Naseer set to delight with his flamboyant character in Jackpot

While Sachiin Joshi and Sunny Leone’s pairing in director Kaizad Gustad’s Jackpot seems to have generated interest in the film, we hear the show stealer may actually be the Boss Man (Naseeruddin Shah). The actor, with his long blond strands, looks ferocious and is shown having a decadent lifestyle — he has his boots polished by a woman and his braids attended to by another scantily clad girl.
The director, who has worked with the veteran actor earlier, says he couldn’t think of anyone better than Naseer to fit this character.Gustad says, “Naseer runs the casino with an iron fist. Plus, he’s completely unpredictable — he chomps on unlit cigars and has so many other idiosyncrasies… all this will make him stay in public memory.”
Jackpot, produced by Viiking Media and Entertainment, releases December 13.
