My marriage is all speculation: Dino

The man is charming, driven, and articulate. No matter what question is thrown at him, he remains unperturbed. Off screen actor Dino Morea is open and honest.
Initially a surprise, one then gets used to his candour. Apart from a regular Page 3 presence, lately Dino has been in news for other reasons. The handsome 34 year old hottie explained, “People are writing and talking about my marriage.It is all speculation. Everybody is making decisions for me. Leave it to me I say. I should be the one who should let the news out and not the other way round. Tell me if I have ever been shy in past?” he asked rhetorically. “When I have something to announce I will shout it out. But give me an opportunity to speak.”
Instantly comes his understanding of romance and companionship. “True as it is said today, everything has an expiry date. Nothing is permanent. Relationships require effort and hard work from both the sides. Humans essentially were not cut out to be monogamous. At the same time, togetherness is a great institution which I respect and it’s good if it lasts.”
A few minutes into the interview at a fine dining restaurant and he was offered juice. “I hope it does not have added sugar?” inquired Dino before sipping it on a sunny day. He goes on, “It is so important to eat correct. Even if you love food; you have to be careful of your intake. At the same time working out and sports is must.” He is surely the one for healthy eating. No wonder he was in Surat for a promotional event of a health mall.
Another area that keeps him ticking is gadgets. “I am a total gadget freak. Any new car, bike, projector, computer, television in the market and I want it. My latest prized possession is the new 4.0 operating system smart phone,” he shared. Dino now has more than one reason to be associated with Gujarat. “I have come to Ahmedabad a couple of times and I think this is my first time to Surat. But since I had heard a lot about Gujaratis’ love for food, I have just closed a franchise deal for my restaurant chain in Gujarat. I hope I am able to touch their food palette right,” says Dino.
Talking about his businesses gets out the entrepreneur in him. “I love all my lines of businesses. Just recently I have got into merchandising and have created a line for Yuvraj Singh and MS Dhoni.” Dino is certainly good in all his acquired lines of businesses but cinema is what he grew up on. “Godfather, One Flew Over The Cuckoo’s Nest are the kind of movies I grew up on and they influenced me and my interest in acting.”
Talking about the changing times in Bollywood, he says “The opportunities the industry offers today is a great welcome. Now we just need good scripts.”
