. She also claimed that the film’s director, producer and choreographer were complicit in the harassment. A voice missing in the controversy was that of Muzammil Ibrahim, the hero of the film.When traced, the model turned actor did not want to be drawn into the controversy, say reports.

Muzammil, however, clarified that he was not present on the set when the incident took place. He added that he has never met Tanushree as she was there only for the item song. Giving details, he reportedly said that that it was a three-day shoot and he was required to be present only on the last day. He said that he got to know about the incident later. He said that it is a legal matter and will not comment on it.

In the meanwhile, Tanushree Dutta denied Nana Patekar's lawyer's claim that his team has sent sent a legal notice to the actress. She's got support coming her way from other Bollywood celebs, unlike the time, when she first raised the issue in 2008.
