<div class="section1"><div class="Normal">NEW DELHI: To promote the cause and showcase the talent of children belonging to the marginalised section of society, a musical concert was organised by Amitasha, an NGO working for the upliftment of the underprivileged girl child, on Saturday.<br /><br />The concert saw a perfect confluence of two creative energies, classical singer Shubha Mudgal and artist Manav Gupta, on the same platform, for a noble cause.<br /><br />As Mudgal enthralled the audience with her melodious voice, Gupta painted a live interpretation of the song <span style="" font-style:="" italic="">Sapna Dekha Maine</span>, which was auctioned later.<br /><br />The show''s stealer was this song which she sang along with Amitasha girls.<br /><br />The song, penned by creative director of McCann, Prasoon Joshi, and composed by Shantanu Moitra, was made into a video by filmmaker Kabeer Kaushik.<br /><br />Describing her experience as "heartening", Mudgal said "it was a nice experience to work with the entire team of <span style="" font-style:="" italic="">Sapna Dekha Maine</span> and especially the girls of Amitasha.
I earnestly hope that with this video, we will be able to spread the message that the girl child needs to be nurtured with love".<br /><br />"It was an enriching experience to be part of this beautiful amalgamation of music and art, performed on the same platform", Gupta said. </div> </div>
