Munmun Dhamecha
along with Khan. They both were also granted bail by the
Bombay High Court
. Now, Dhamecha's counsel will file an application for her release on temporary cash bail.
Her counsel has now moved an urgent precipice before the Bombay HC for her release on temporary cash bail as she is an MP resident and is facing problems arranging for a
surety

asked Dhamecha's counsel to file the application and mention the matter before the vacation bench for relief.
Recently Kashif stated that his client has been suffering the most in this. The lawyer told ETimes, ''He said, "Since the time she has been arrested and presented before the CMM court as well as the Sessions Court, I have been only saying the same thing, that in my case, she’s the only person who’s struggling and has been victimised the max. Because in the present case, there are multiple accused arrested and many of the accused are related or connected or friends with each other. But, Munmun Dhamecha is the only one who is not connected or related with any single person in the present case."
Aslam Merchant
recently revealed that his Arbaaz Merchant will be released by evening.
