Mrunal Thakur to make her debut at Cannes, the actor reveals she is "thrilled"

Mrunal Thakur is slowly and steadily cementing her position as a fine actor in the industry with strong performances in films like Jersey and Sita Ramam. Mrunal is now all set to attend the Cannes Film Festival.
Talking about her big fashion debut, Mrunal said, "I am thrilled to be attending the Cannes Film Festival for the first time. I am looking forward to interacting with global filmmakers, exploring new opportunities, and showcasing the talent that Indian cinema has to offer." Though at this point it is not sure who she will be wearing at the festival, we can be rest assured that it will be worth the wait.
Mrunal was last seen in Gumraah opposite Aditya Roy Kapur, and though the film did not set the box office on fire, Mrunal was appreciated for her acting chops. She has a long list of films lined up, which includes Nani 30 opposite South star Nani and Pooja Meri Jaan with Huma Qureshi, which is backed by Dinesh Vijan and Amar Kaushik and directed by Navjot Gulati. She is also a part of Pippa, co-starring Ishaan Khatter. She will also be seen in Lust Stories 2 with Angad Bedi.
