Mrunal Thakur is all set to make her Bollywood debut with Tabrez Noorani's 'Love Sonia', which revolves around sex trafficking. In order to make the cast portrayed their characters authentically, the director even conducted workshops.
During one of the workshops, Mrunal and Riya Sisodiya, the lead actresses of 'Love Sonia' even met victims of sex trafficking and got to know their stories.
Opening up about this experience Mrunal expressed her sorrow as she was shocked to hear all the things the girls told them. She even revealed that the incidents shared by them were so shocking that it was difficult for her to get it out of her head.
The film which also stars maverick actors like
Manoj Bajpayee, Richa Chadha,
Rajkummar Rao, Sai Tamhankar, Adil Hussain, Anupam Kher, Demi Moore and
Freida Pinto is all set to release on September 14.
