Motu-Patlu are the SRK-Salman of the animation world

Anish JS Mehta, the producer of 'Motu Patlu ' King of Kings', has succeeded in striking a balance between the creative and commercial aspects at Cosmos-Maya, one of India's leading animation houses.
The studio has revolutionised animation content production in India. With the TV series 'Motu-Patlu', the studio has created over 500 episodes and 12 tele-films in the last four years.It's also producing nine other TV series across various leading kids' channels.
That's not all; Anish will soon announce multiple co-productions with European partners. 'Motu-Patlu's' popularity and the entertainment they provide make them similar to Salman Khan and Shah Rukh Khan. They are loved by the classes and masses. The show's ratings are high across India, and in pockets of Europe, Canada, USA, UK and Australia, where Indians are high in numbers. Motu-Patlu, for me, are the animation equivalents of the Khans,' says Anish.
