All the videos in fact, spread like wild fire and made their way into Facebook, Twitter, blogs and even mobile phones to become immortalized as virals of the year.

Rebecca Black's annoying ear worm, "Friday" has turned out to be the most-watched YouTube community video globally. The annoyingly, nasal singer, whose biggest life-changing dilemma seems to be "Gotta make my mind up, Which seat can I take?" has changed the definition of the word 'Friday' forever! The 14-year-old singer in fact, is the fastest rising search on Google for the year and the owner of the most-watched YouTube video of the year, too.
Closer home, "Kolaveri Di" became the fastest rising music video of the year with over 25 million views within a month of its release!
Meanwhile, the Indian sensation of the year when it came to YouTube users is Shraddha Sharma, a girl from Dehradun, who has captured the nation's attention through her voice. The 15-year-old has amassed more than two million views in all, making her channel Shraddharockin the highest subscribed channel in India with 47,953 subscribers. Her rendition of "Haal E Dil" topped the most watched user generated video of the year.

While the song "Teri Meri Prem Kahani" from "Bodyguard" was the most watched Bollywood music video of the year, Jennifer Lopez's "On The Floor ft. Pitbull" was the most watched international music video of the year. Episode 20 of "KBC: 2011" that featured Shah Rukh Khan as the celeb guest, was the most watched TV show video of the year.

The talking dog appears to speak perfect English, saying "You're kidding me!" after yet another treat of bacon is denied to him by his master. The genuine look of disappointment on the mutt's face and the cleverly dubbed dialogue has captured the world's attention this year.
3. Jack Sparrow (ft. Michael Bolton): The hilarious video that sees Michael Bolton take up a spoof role and ruin a cool music video with cheesy lyrics about Johnny Depp's character, Captain Jack Sparrow, in the "Pirate of the Caribbean" has been watched by 60 million people.
4. Talking Twin Babies: This howlarious clip of twin babies having a heated argument in 'baby-tongue" ("da da da da da da da da da") has been viewed a staggering 56 million times.
5. Nyan Cat (original): If you aren't one of the 54 million people who discovered the hypnotizing qualities of Nyan cat, then you have been living under a rock. The strangely addicting video features an animal with a cat's head and a pink pop tart body fly through, space leaving a rainbow trail in its wake to the tune of a synthesized Japanese pop song that sounds a lot like the singer is saying "nyan" over and over.
6. Look At Me Now (Karmin Cover): If you are familiar with Karmin, then you probably have seen at least one of their ulta popular videos. The one that started it all was their cover of Chris Brown's "Look At Me Now" with over 50,000,000 views, a record deal, they have become one of the most viewed YouTube videos of 2011!
7. The Creep: With over 48,562,705 views, this Saturday Night Live feature with Nicki Minaj and John Waters became an online rage within hours of its upload. A nerdy Nicki raps about creeping on boys in the locker room, "ogling and agling" making "The Creep" move the most popular dance move this year.
8. Maria Aragon-Born This Way: When 10-year-old Maria Aragon, a YouTube singing talent she posted her cover of Lady Gaga's "Born This Way", she won so many hearts that the video now stands at 45,108,486 views. Gaga herself tweeted the video saying, "Can't stop crying watching this. This is why I make music. She is the future."
9. The Force: Volkswagen's "The Force" features a small boy playing Darth Vader around his parents house, trying to use his superpowers! The adorable and funny video, with no dialogue, but with some uplifting Star Wars music, is the 9th most popular video on YouTube.
10. Cat Mom Hugs Baby Kitten: With close to 40 million views, this video makes it clear that there's nothing like a cute animal or baby video to get the internet abuzz. One wonders how this heart-wrenching even has 5,442 dislikes!
