' had a gala premiere at the 60th BFI London Film Festival (LFF) on October 6.

Saiyami Kher, who also makes her big-screen debut with this romantic drama, which released yesterday.

walked the red carpet too. Rakeysh says, 'It can't get more exciting than this. Mirzya now has the perfect partner in BFI. Needless to say, it's an honour to have a premiere at the LFF.'
'Mirzya', a compelling love story based on the Punjabi folklore about Mirza and Sahiban, produced by
Cinestaan Film Company
and ROMP Pictures, introduces a new generation of acting talent, including Harshvardhan, Saiyami and
Anuj Choudhry
while Anjali Patil, KK Raina,
Om Puri and Art comprise the supporting cast.
On his part, Rohit, the founder chairman of Cinestaan, adds, 'We're thrilled that our movie had its gala screening at the prestigious BFI London Film Festival and are delighted with the response from this packed-to-capacity theatre.'
Later, the 'Mirzya' team celebrated with a party that went on till late in the night.
